Our iTero digital scanner allows us to capture a digital model of your teeth in minutes, without the use of goopy impression material. It shows extreme detail of the teeth and Dr. Kahan can digitally move your teeth to their final positions right in front of you! Digital models of your teeth also allows for faster case turn-around and less waiting time for your Invisalign aligners and orthodontic appliances.
It is no longer necessary to take impressions of the teeth in order to start Invisalign treatment. Instead, Dr. Kahan can now export digital data directly to Invisalign for faster case turn-around and less waiting time for your first set of aligners. These scanned images are much more accurate than impressions, and the aligners made from the scans fit more accurately.
